Yesterday was the 10th anniversary for the Manaiakalani film festival. We went to watch a few of the movies from our Manaiakalani cluster. There were different little movies about dancing, skits and experiments. After we watched a few movies we got to watch them online and leave positive comments about this. One of my favourite movies was a film by Ruapotaka school it was about Rugby values, i found this interesting because the different types of transitions in the video and the helpful advice that was given.
I am a Year 8 student at Panmure Bridge School in Auckland, NZ. I am in Learning Space 2 and my teachers are Mrs Anderson, and Ms Kirkpatrick.

Manaiakalani film festival
Yesterday we played a game which was based on cyber safety. Since I landed on a youtube video it came up with commenting with some videos that I assume we had to watch. I thought this was really good that they used old films from the Manaiakalani film festival. This particular film gave us some commenting tips. The other video also gave us tips. I liked the videos because it's always in steps which made it specific. I can't wait to continue on with the other activities that are in store for me.
